  • 10 Years with the F-15C Eagle

    On April 19, 2023, the Department of the Air Force announced that the 144th FW was selected to receive the F-15EX Eagle II aircraft to replace its aging F-15 fleet. The announcement came two months before June 18, 2023, the 10-year anniversary of the arrival of the first F-15C aircraft here.

  • 144th FW receives Eagles from Japan

    The 144th Fighter Wing received three F-15C Eagles to their inventory during the month of December 2022 following their reassignment from Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 144th FW is one of the few Air National Guard units to absorb the F-15Cs.
