144 FW completes fuels storage construction project

U.S. Air National Guard Maj. Harold Peralta, 144th Civil Engineering Squadron commander, makes remarks at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the base's new fuel storage system Nov. 29, 2022, at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Calif. the two-year long, $20 million project removed the underground fuel storage system and replaced them with above-ground storage containers to be in compliance with California state law that goes into effect 2023.
