Homeland Response Force Evaluation
Chaplain Wesley Clare, 144th Fighter Wing, California Air National Guard, helps with the interior electrical work on one of the Homeland Response Force (HRF) medical treatment tents during the HRF validation exercise on March 1, 2012.
