Senior Master Sergeant Guadalupe Soltero Jr., the 144th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron's avionics supervisor, and Staff Sergeant Timothy Peterson, a weapons system specialist with the 144th Mainenance Squadron, set-up a UHF radio antenna to communicate with the approaching aircraft at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida on January 20, 2009.
