An F-15 Eagle from the 144th Fighter Wing, Fresno, Calif., prepares for mid-air refueling as it makes its way to participate in the Weapons System Evaluation Program (WSEP) at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. for the wing’s inaugural deployment with this aircraft.
