144th Honorary Commander Ceremony

U.S. Air Force Col. John Blackburn, 144th Medical Group commander, shares the 144th MDG guidon with Mr. Todd Suntrapak, Calley Children's Healthcare president and chief executive officer, as part of the Honorary Commander's Induction Ceremony held at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Feb. 12, 2017. Suntrapak and four other local leaders were inducted as honorary commanders. The honorary commander program serves as the consummate avenue through which local leaders help support the base due to the close interaction with the commanders and their organizations.
