U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Franklin Clay and Senior Airman Ryan Smith, 144th Civil Engineering Squadron firefighters, seal up a simulated punctured chemical container during a hazardous material training exercise at the Fresno Air National Guard Base July 16, 2017.
