State Partnership Program International Training

As part of the State Partnership Program, the 144th Fighter Wing was able to give six pilots from the Ukrainian Air Force familiarization flights so that they could experience American air traffic control procedures for a civilian air space. This training enables both the American and Ukrainian fighter pilots to meet NATO interoperability goals.
