144th Med Det completes HRF EXEVAL

A medic assigned to the 144th Medical Detachment 1 leads a group of Guardsmen assigned to the 649th Engineer Company into a building structure during a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX external evaluation for the California Homeland Response Force (HRF) March 30, 2023, at Camp Roberts, California.
