144th Med Det 1 completes HRF EXEVAL

Guardsmen assigned to the California Homeland Response Force (HRF) decontamination team cut through the contaminated shirt of a simulated patient during a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX external evaluation March 30, 2023, at Camp Roberts, California. The external evaluation tested the CA HRF’s response and capabilities to simulated catastrophic events that resulted in displaced victims and multiple Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) sites.
