Col. Christopher "Ranger" Corliss flew as a fighter pilot from 2005 to 2023, primarily with the 144th Fighter Wing at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Cali. He was promoted to the rank of colonel, July 13, 2023, before leaving the 144th FW and beginning his position as the National Guard Bureau safety director at Joint Base Andrews, Md.
