U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jerry Sumpter and Senior Airman Bryan Pelayo-Rangel, 144th Fighter Wing maintainers, prepare an F-15 Eagle for launch, Sept. 10, 2024, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. While on a temporary duty assignment, approximately 120 Airmen and six F-15C Eagles from the 144th Fighter Wing participated in blue air support with the Weapons School’s F-15 Eagle weapons instructor course to add complexity to training missions and strengthen camaraderie within the Eagle community.
