Medical personnel assigned to the 144th Fighter Wing treat a simulated victim during a Homeland Response Force exercise in Oahu, Hawaii, Aug. 26, 2024. Members from Medical Detachment 1 joined members from Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IX in a combined training exercise. The training exercise included representatives from all the Air National Guard and Army National Guard units from FEMA Region IX.
