M&FRC staff promotes the
well-being of military service members and their families by offering multiple
programs and services. These programs and services enhance family
readiness, quality of life, resiliency and the ability to navigate the military
life cycle. Using on base, local and national resources the M&FRC
supports service members and family across the military family readiness
domain, including, but not limited to, deployment, social, personal, career,
financial, health and more.
VOLUNTEER PROGRAM: Family Wellness
Team
Previously known as “Key Spouse”
The Volunteer Program provides a
frame-work for stability and support for the families by maintaining regular
contact with family members and referring them to base agencies and resources.
By facilitating the flow of
communication between volunteers, leadership, and base agencies, the volunteer
program enhances mission readiness as well as family readiness.

OUR MILITARY KIDS

Our Military Kids provides tangible
support to the children of deployed and severely injured National Guard and
Military Reserve personnel through grants for enrichment activities and
tutoring that nurture and sustain the children during the time a parent is away
in service to our country. OMK grants are made to honor the sacrifices military
parents make and to ensure that the children have access to activities and
support that help the children better cope with challenges arising during a
parent's deployment or injury recovery.
